রাজধানীর ফুটপাতের পথশিশুদের ঈদ সামগ্রী তুলে দেওয়ার ব্যতিক্রমী উদ্যেগ গ্রহণ করেন- দুস্থ ও পথশিশুদের আন্তর্জাতিক সংস্থা "উইংস ক্রিয়েটিভ ফাউন্ডেশন"।

দেশের নানা প্রতিকূলতায় ঢাকা এবং ঢাকার বাইরে প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চলে যেকোনো দুর্যোগ মুহুর্তে এগিয়ে আসতে দেখা যায় এ মানবিক সংস্থাটিকে। তবে সংস্থাটি নান্দনিক ভাবে মানুষের কল্যাণে কাজ করে। প্রতিটি দূর্যোগকালে তাঁদের একটি টিম চ্যারিটি পারফর্মেন্স করতে বের হয়ে যায় পথে প্রান্তরে। এভাবে প্রতিদিনকার ওদের পারফর্মেন্সের সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ তাৎক্ষণিক ওই এলাকায় সুবিধা বঞ্চিত মানুষদের কাছে পৌঁছে দিয়ে আবার চলে যায় অন্য এলাকায়। উল্লেখ্য- বর্তমানে আমেরিকার ব্রিজপোর্ট, কানেকটিকাটে অবস্থানরত সংস্থাটির একজন সদস্য শহিদুল ইসলাম জনি চ্যারিটি শো করে এবারের পথশিশুদের ঈদের পোষাকের সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ সংগ্রহ করেন। আমাদের ব্রিজপোর্ট, কানেকটিকাট প্রতিনিধি জনির সাথে কথা বললে, জনি জানান, উইংস ক্রিয়েটিভ ফাউন্ডেশনটি বস্তুত আমরা এভাবে মানুষের সামনে নিয়ে আসতে চাইনি। আমরা গত ৪বছর ধরে আসলে নিরবে-নিবৃতে মানুষের পাঁশে একটু দাঁড়িয়েছি। কিন্তু গত বছর চাঁদপুর দুর্যোগে ত্রাণ দিতে গিয়ে কিছু মানুষের চোখে আমরা পড়ে যাই। আমরা আসলে কাজটি ভালোবাসা থেকে করি। সংগঠনটি করেছি আমরা কিছু বন্ধুরা মিলে যারা প্রত্যেকেই মিডিয়া রিলেটেড। শুরু থেকেই আমরা প্ল্যান করেছি আমাদের ফ্রি টাইমে আমরা নিজেরা যার যেই যোগ্যতা আছে তা দিয়ে অর্থ কালেকশন করে দুঃখি মানুষগুলির পাঁশে দাড়াবো। কিভাবে আপনারা টাকা কালেকশন করেন, এমন প্রশ্নের উত্তরে তিনি বলেন, পাবলিক প্লেসেই- আমাদের টিমের কেউ পথ নাটক করে, কেউ স্ট্যান্ডআপ কমেডি করে, যেমন আমি গান করি, কেউ নাচ করে আবার কেউ ম্যাজিক দেখায়। দেশের এই অস্থির সময়ে "উইংস ক্রিয়েটিভ ফাউন্ডেশন" এর পথ চলার এমন একটি খবরে আমরাও স্বস্তি আবাস পাচ্ছি। আসলেই কথায় আছে- মানুষ মানুষের জন্য। জীবন জীবনের জন্য  .................................................................................................................................................................................................

The international organization for the needy and street children, "Wings Creative Foundation", has taken an exceptional initiative to provide Eid items to street children on the sidewalks of the capital. This humanitarian organization is seen coming forward in any disaster moment in Dhaka and remote areas outside Dhaka due to various adversities in the country. However, the organization works for the welfare of people in an aesthetic way. During every disaster, a team of them goes out to the wilderness to perform charity performances. In this way, the entire amount of their daily performances is immediately delivered to the disadvantaged people in that area and then goes to other areas. It is worth noting that Shahidul Islam Johnny, a member of the organization currently residing in Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA, collected the entire amount of money for the street children's Eid clothes by holding a charity show. When we spoke to Johnny, our Bridgeport, Connecticut representative, Johnny said that we actually did not want to bring Wings Creative Foundation to the people in this way. For the past 4 years, we have been standing quietly by the side of the people. But last year, while providing relief during the Chandpur disaster, we caught the eye of some people. We actually do this work out of love. We formed the organization with some friends, all of whom are media related. From the beginning, we planned to collect money in our free time with whatever qualifications we have and stand by the side of the sad people. In response to the question of how you collect money, he said, in public places - some of our team performs street plays, some do stand-up comedy, like I sing, some dance and some show magic.

In this turbulent time of the country, we are also finding comfort in such news about the path of "Wings Creative Foundation". It is true that the saying goes - people are for people. Life is for life
